Mark Sandham
Partner & Notary Public
Wills – Probate & the Administration of Estates – Powers of Attorney – Notary Services
Growing up in Old Colwyn and Abergele, I attended Ysgol y Creuddyn in Penrhyn Bay before studying law at the University of Wales Aberystwyth, where I graduated in 1997. After completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Christleton I joined Bone & Payne as a trainee solicitor in 1998, and qualified in 2000.
I have extensive experience of residential and commercial conveyancing but in recent years have specialised in private client work including Wills, estates and Powers of Attorney. I have been a partner since 2013.
I divide my time between our offices at Old Colwyn and Colwyn Bay.
In 2008 I completed the Notarial Practice Course at the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education and since then I have also practised as a Notary Public. I am a partner in North Wales Notaries with Carys Jenkins. Our notarial practice is entirely separate from Bone & Payne.
I am also a fluent Welsh speaker.
Outside of work I have a variety of interests including music, attending the theatre, gardening and woodworking.
