We understand that any legal issue can cause stress and anxiety – even happy events such as buying a new home – so our first job is to put you at ease by listening carefully and then explaining things clearly and compassionately. We can arrange to meet you in any of our three offices, at your home or elsewhere if appropriate, and if you prefer to speak with us in Welsh we have team members who can do so.

When you are ready to proceed, we will confirm our full terms and conditions in writing, together with a summary of the issue you have asked us to help with, and our intended actions. We will keep you regularly informed of progress throughout the course of our work until its conclusion and can be contacted by phone or email.
