Full time Residential Property Paralegal

We’re looking for a legal assistant/paralegal to join our residential property department. You will be part of a team handling a varied caseload including sales and purchases, leases, new builds, and equity release.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive firm that offers a competitive package. Full training will be given and there is the opportunity for career progression. We train all our paralegals with a view to retaining them once they qualify as lawyers.

Candidates must be hardworking and efficient with strong interpersonal skills.

Case management system experience and the ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage although not essential.

Full time Conveyancing Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive

We’re looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our expanding property team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and be able to manage their own busy caseload from the initial instructions through to completion.

Candidates must have excellent client care skills and be able to demonstrate their commitment to the firm and will be required to help grow and develop the firm’s client base.

Experience using a case management system and the ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage but not essential.
