Private Client Lawyer
We’re looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our private client team.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage a busy caseload of private client matters including Wills and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, tax and care fee planning, trusts and Court of Protection matters. Therefore, experience in one or more of those fields will be required.
As part of the team, the successful candidate will receive ongoing training and development with the opportunity for career progression as well as hybrid and flexible working.
Candidates must be hardworking and efficient with strong interpersonal skills. To demonstrate their commitment to the firm, candidates will be required to help grow and develop the firm’s client base.
Case management system experience and the ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage.

Business Manager
We’re looking for an experienced professional to collaborate with the managing partner to improve and expand our busy practice.
The successful candidate will:
- be responsible for managing and improving the operational and administrative aspects of our business.
- manage the finance department and support staff
- have experience of creating and implementing financial plans
- experience of day-to-day financial management including preparing and monitoring budgets
- have previous experience in professional services management
- have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Some knowledge of the Solicitor Accounts Rules and an overview of the general obligations of the SRA requirements and a Management Qualification e.g. MBA would be desirable but not essential.
Salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience

Legal Cashier
We’re looking for a full-time cashier to assist in all aspects of the daily cashier duties for our client and office accounts, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Processing client transactions, including internet banking
- Processing and properly recording all payments made to the firm
- Checking and paying supplier invoices
- Reconciling both client and office accounts
- Checking and billing client matters
- Checking completion statements and estate accounts
- Completing month end procedures and assisting with the completion of quarterly and year-end VAT returns
- Using specialist Legal Software package
Experience of legal cashiering work is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. The candidate would need:
- Book-keeping skills, preferably AAT qualified
- Genuine enthusiasm and interest in the legal sector and accounting work
- A strong attention to detail
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with people at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Good IT skills including Excel and Word
Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience
