Originally from Abergele, I gained my academic qualifications at Liverpool John Moores University and The University of Law in Chester. I was admitted as a Solicitor in 1990 and joined Bone & Payne in 2007, becoming a partner in 2011 and senior partner in 2024. As head of the firm’s Residential Conveyancing Department, I was instrumental in the firm obtaining accreditation to the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

I now specialise in residential conveyancing and have over 30 years’ experience in that field, having worked in Colwyn Bay and Llandudno throughout my career.

I am a member of the Law Society’s Property Section.

In my spare time, I play Crown Green Bowls at Rhos Park and have previously managed and played for the Welsh Crown Green Bowls Association Ladies’ Team.
