For some time, our Colwyn Bay and Old Colwyn Private Client teams have been working together from our Colwyn Bay office. Bringing everyone together in one location has enabled the team to work more closely, share knowledge and provide an even better service to clients.

Following the continued growth of the department and the recent retirement of Mark Sandham, we have now taken the decision to make the closure of our Old Colwyn office permanent.

Centralising the team in Colwyn Bay allows clients to benefit from access to a larger team of solicitors and support staff, with a wider range of experience and expertise, whilst also creating a more collaborative and supportive working environment for our colleagues.

Our Colwyn Bay office is less than five minutes from Old Colwyn and benefits from client parking. Clients will continue to receive the same personal service they have always enjoyed, with the added benefit of having the full team available from one location. Home visits remain available in appropriate circumstances for those who are unable to attend the office.

We confirm all Wills, LPAs and Deeds that were held in Old Colwyn are safely stored in Colwyn Bay.
