Solicitor & Head of Residential Conveyancing

Born and raised in Manchester, Sarah joined us in 2014 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2015. Since then, she has focused exclusively on residential conveyancing.

Sarah heads our Residential Conveyancing team and works closely with clients to make the process of buying or selling as smooth and stress-free as possible. With many years of experience, she is a recognised specialist in residential property across North Wales and is passionate about providing clear, practical advice at every stage.

She ensures the team stays up to date with the latest changes in property law and takes an active role in training and mentoring, so clients benefit from the highest standards of service. Her reputation for efficiency, attention to detail, and straightforward communication makes her a trusted choice for all types of transactions, from first-time buyers to complex matters.

Sarah and her team work closely with local estate agents and other local professionals to streamline the process, giving clients confidence that their transaction is in safe hands.

In her free time, Sarah loves spending time with her family outdoors and particularly enjoys walking and gardening. When the weather curtails her outings, Sarah likes to decorate and is a keen baker.
