We’re delighted to announce the acquisition of Osborns Legal.
Osborns are a long established and highly respected local firm of Solicitors in Colwyn Bay. They have provided legal services to individuals, families and businesses for generations.
Joining us from the 1st of November will be Max Eames-Hughes, the managing Director at Osborns Legal. Max qualified as a Solicitor in 1976 and brings with him a vast experience of both private client and property law. He now concentrates on private client work, namely wills and probate, powers of attorney and trusts.
Also joining us will be Solicitor Tania Rowlands specialising in residential and commercial property. Both Tania and Max will be based at our Colwyn Bay office at 13 Wynnstay Road.
Bone & Payne’s Senior Partner Gareth Tierney-Jones says “Like many businesses, last year during the pandemic was a particularly challenging time but thanks to our excellent staff, we weathered the storm and have continued to grow since. The takeover of Osborns Legal represents the next step on that journey and I very much welcome Max and Tania into the Bone & Payne family. I am sure they will continue to offer a high class service to their existing and new clients”.
The acquisition of Osborns comes at an exciting time for Bone & Payne:
- Commercial Solicitor Jamie Herbert has become a partner. Jamie’s admission to the partnership reflects the firm’s commitment to develop and deliver an expanding service to business clients both existing and new;
- We have also welcomed Zoey Smith, a Solicitor specialising in personal injury, family and litigation matters. She also assists with residential conveyancing. Zoey joined us having worked at a local firm in Llandudno and her recruitment represents an investment in the range of litigation services we can offer our clients;
- Over the past year, we’ve taken on a further 10 members of staff in a variety of roles across all three of our offices.
