Bone & Payne appoints new Trainees

We are delighted to announce that our private client assistants Eleanor Yates and Rebecca Jones will be commencing their training contracts with us this month.

Eleanor joined the firm in November 2020 after obtaining her undergraduate degree in History and Graduate Diploma in Law. She started as a part time conveyancing assistant, whilst also completing her Legal Practice Course.

Once Eleanor completed her Legal Practice Course, she became a full-time paralegal within the private client department, and for the past year has advanced her skills in relation to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Estate Administration.

Eleanor works at our Colwyn Bay office assisting our private client partner Carys Jenkins. She is able to assist with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications and Estate Administration.

Eleanor says “I am pleased to begin the next step of my legal career by starting my training contract at Bone & Payne, realising my ambitions of becoming a Solicitor. I enjoy working in the private client department conversing with clients and assisting them wherever necessary to provide them with the best service”.

Rebecca joined the firm in July 2021 as a paralegal where she has been working full time in our private client department. She obtained her law degree at Lancaster University and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law Chester where she was awarded a distinction with an MSc in Law, Business and Management.

Rebecca works at our Llandudno office assisting our private client partner Gareth Tierney-Jones. She is able to assist with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications and Estate Administration.

Rebecca says: I am very excited to embark on my training contract with Bone & Payne as it marks the next step in my legal career and brings me one step closer to becoming a qualified Solicitor. I am eager to begin my training in the Private Client department and to continue providing the very best service for our clients
