Wills – Probate & the Administration of Estates – Trust Matters – Deputyship & Court of Protection Matters -Powers of Attorney

Having grown up in Colwyn Bay and having moved away to university, I returned to the local area following completion of the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester in 2002, when I joined Bone & Payne as a trainee Solicitor. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and have remained with the Firm ever since.

Based in our Colwyn Bay office, I specialise in non-contentious work, and have extensive experience in Wills, Probate and the Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. As part of my work I regularly act as a professional Attorney or Court appointed Deputy on behalf of clients, in doing so ensuring that their interests are protected.

I am a fully accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE), who are an independent, national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.

In my spare time I enjoy walking and am kept extremely busy by my three young children.
