Karen Carruthers

Head of Finance

I grew up in the Colwyn Bay area and studied AAT at Coleg Llandrillo before joining Bone & Payne as a Legal Cashier in October 2010. I became a member of the Institute of Legal Finance & Management (ILFM) and continued my studies, progressing from Associate level to Fellowship. In May 2025, I was appointed the firm’s Finance Manager and COFA.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and cooking.
