Solicitor & Notary Public

Wills – Probate & the Administration of Estates – Tax Planning – Trusts –  Court of Protection Matters – Powers of Attorney (including Powers of Attorney for business owners)

Having grown up in the town and attended Ysgol John Bright, I am based at our Llandudno office where I have worked since joining the firm in January 2014. I qualified first as a Chartered Legal Executive and then as a Solicitor in September 2017.

I am a full member of the prestigious Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and offer specialist advice in relation to Wills, tax planning, the creation and administration of trusts, probate and the administration of estates. STEP is a global professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning.

I also specialise in the preparation of Powers of Attorney (including Lasting Powers of Attorney for business owners), care funding and matters before the Court of Protection. I am a full accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and often act as professional Attorney or Court appointed Deputy. SFE is an independent, national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.

I am also able to provide Notary Services, having completed the Diploma in Notarial Practice at the University College London. I was admitted as a Notary Public in 2021 and am a member of The Notaries Society. My notarial practice is entirely separate from Bone & Payne.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking with my dog in the Snowdonia mountains.
