Eirlys Douglas

Practice Manager

I grew up near Bala and am a fluent Welsh speaker.  I gained a degree in social sciences at Liverpool Polytechnic then moved to London for six years where I worked at John Lewis in Oxford Street, in various roles including sales, management and auditing.

Following a spell abroad, I returned to Wales and whilst bringing up three children I trained as an Accounting Technician. I joined Bone & Payne in 2001 as a cashier, where I continued my training with a Diploma and then progressed to an Associate Member of the Institute of Legal Finance and Management. I have been the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration and Practice Manager since 2020.

Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going for long country walks, playing golf, and sewing.
