Family Law Fixed Fees

We offer a range of fixed price legal services within our family law Department because we appreciate it is helpful for you to have the certainty, at the outset of your case, of knowing the legal costs to be paid. This assists you to budget your legal costs.

What is a Fixed Fee?

At the commencement of your case, we will consider your case with you and agree a plan of action, including agreeing with you the amount of costs for the work to be undertaken.

Not every case is suitable for a fixed fee. For work that does not fall within a fixed fee, we will provide you with an estimate based upon the fee earner's hourly charging rate.
