Roger Griffith was admitted as a solicitor in 1978.
Before entering the legal world, he was an economics researcher with a bank.
He was an articled clerk with the firm prior to qualifying and became the Senior
Partner on 31st March 2000. He retired as Senior Partner in October 2011 and is
now a part time consultant with the firm.
Originally a legal “GP” covering a wide area of legal work both contentious and non contentious, he has
concentrated exclusively on non contentious

work for the last 12 years – primarily conveyancing (commercial and residential); commercial leases;
business sales and purchases; Wills, probate and trust work. As a consultant,
he now deals primarily with wills, probate and Powers of Attorney/Deputy
matters.
He is a member of the Law Society’s Probate and Property Sections as well as being a Member of the Society of
Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
He is a CPD Course Assessor for the SRA.
Out of the office, he spends his

spare time riding motor cycles; flying light aircraft and mountaineering. |
