Conveyancing
Conveyancing is the legal term for transferring property from one person to
another, and it covers the sale and purchase of residential properties (houses
and flats), as well as commercial properties. Some properties are freehold – others are leasehold. This firm deals with all types of property both freehold,
leasehold, commercial and residential.
The Law Society has set up a new scheme for solicitors who deal with buying and
selling property. We are one of the first members of the Conveyancing Quality
Scheme (CQS) in Wales which means that we meet the high standards that the Law
Society sets to ensure clients receive a professional and quality service. In
order to qualify Bone & Payne had to demonstrate excellence in the following areas: integrity,
reliability, quality of service and service delivery.
We offer a first class bespoke conveyancing service from each of our three
offices, and for the vast majority of conveyancing work we operate on the basis
of a fixed price for our services. For those clients more comfortable in Welsh,
we have fully bilingual staff available.
