Educated at Ysgol Y Creuddyn, the University of Wales Aberystwyth and the
College of Law at Christleton, Mark joined Bone & Payne as a trainee solicitor in 1998. On his admission as a solicitor in 2000
he was appointed an associate in the firm.
Mark is based in our Old Colwyn office, which practises under the name of ‘Guest Pritchard & Co’. He specialises in non-contentious work, including the sales and leases of
residential and commercial properties, mortgage work, equity releases, the
preparation of powers of attorney, will drafting and the administration of
estates.

A fluent Welsh speaker, Mark is able to provide bilingual advice and assistance.
In 2007 Mark completed the Diploma in Notarial Practice at the University of
Cambridge, and in 2008 he was admitted as a notary public. He is a member of
the Notaries Society. His notarial practice is entirely separate from Bone & Payne.
Mark is an enthusiastic gardener and a member of the Royal Horticultural
Society. His other interests include reading about history, playing the piano
and as a keen theatre-goer he is a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
