Landlord and tenant work involves the preparation of both commercial and
residential leases for properties. The majority of the firm’s work in this area consists of either preparing leases for the landlords of
commercial properties or advising prospective tenants of commercial properties
on the implications of taking a business lease.
The firm also advises residential landlords and tenants on the leasing of
private residential houses and flats.

Llandudno
Roger has been a solicitor since 1978. He has extensive knowledge of landlord
and tenant work, particularly commercial matters, where there is very often a
cross over between landlord and tenant work and one of his other main areas of
work – business sales and purchases.
Julie qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and although she now deals primarily with
residential conveyancing, she does have wide experience in landlord and tenant
matters.
Gwyndaf qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and has an extensive knowledge of
residential tenancy law after working in the housing sector before qualifying
as a solicitor. He holds a post graduate diploma in housing management and
development.
Colwyn Bay
Gareth Davies is the resident partner in the firm’s Colwyn Bay office and since his admission as a solicitor in 1984 he has gained
extensive experience in landlord and tenant matters – in particular commercial landlord and tenant work.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2004, Claire has undertaken a number of
landlord and tenant matters both residential and commercial.
