Julie joined Bone & Payne in January 2007 having worked in private practice since her admission as
a solicitor in 1990. She became a partner in 2011.
Julie is head of the firm’s residential conveyancing department in the firm’s Llandudno office. She specialises in buying and selling residential and
commercial property, buying and selling businesses, as well as landlord and
tenant matters – both business and residential tenancies.

Julie also has considerable experience of wills, probate, and powers of
attorney. She is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, and is also on the
panel of solicitors for the local CAB.
In her spare time Julie plays crown green bowls at Rhos Park and regularly plays
for the Welsh Crown Green Bowls Association ladies’ team.
