Gareth has lived in the Colwyn Bay area for the last 18 years. He attended Glan
Clwyd school and then went to Aberystwyth University to study law.
He qualified in 1984 and was with another local firm before joining Bone & Payne’s Colwyn Bay office in 1986. Although he has wide experience of many areas of
law, he now focuses mainly on property work: residential and commercial
conveyancing, landlord and
|
tenant matters and on business matters.
Gareth is a keen sportsman generally – he is an avid supporter of Everton FC and of Glamorgan County Cricket team. He
is also a loyal supporter of the Wales rugby team and aims to get to as many
matches as he can. He does not limit himself to watching sport – he also plays hockey for his local team.
He is a fluent Welsh speaker.
